Red Hatters Delight offers the following shipping policy:
WE ACCEPT PAYMENT FOR ORDERS THROUGH PAYPAL OR CHECK/MONEY ORDERS.
We ship each Monday, Wednesday and Friday or Monday and Thrusday depending on the number of orders to be shipped. We also ship most orders by priority mail which takes from 3 to 4 days. If there is a need for immediate shipping, we will try to honor that request. Please e-mail Nadean if you have a special shipping need.

RETURNS: NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL.
*RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED AT RED HATTERS DELIGHT WITHIN 14 BUSINESS DAYS OF THE DATE THAT WE SHIPPED TO YOU.
*Our policy is to have satisfied customers. If we make an error in shipment, we will pay the postage to return the item(s).
